Just had a haircut with Chris Sullivan and a pedicure with Yanelis ! They were both very professional and gave me excellent customer service! Chris gave me a great fade that my wife loved! Yanelis gave me a wonderful pedicure with a much needed massage to my feet and legs. By the time they were done with me I left looking and feeling completely rejuvenated ! The attention from the reception was very welcoming and the owner Susan was gracious and attentive to all of my needs ! While there I observed they have several hairstylists working with many other satisfied and happy customers! I will certainly recommend Perceptions Salon to all of my family and friends!
I found Chris Sullivan and he’s easily the best barber I’ve had. He listens, gives clean, precise cuts (fade and shape-up were perfect), and takes time to get the details right. Friendly, punctual, and the shop is clean.
Ladies ladies ladies!!! Let me tell you about Perceptions and let me tell you about their customer service! I work in a store at merchants crossing and had the chance to meet Jan (a stylist) who works at Perceptions, and she was so kind, generous and VERY knowledgeable. I explained the issues I was having with my hair and she said “NO WORRIES”, she walked me to Perceptions where I was met by a staff of amazing women and they helped me not only restore my issues but continue to check on me!
