Do not go to this facility unless intensive/emergent psychiatric help is required. This place is a psychiatric ward, residential, PHP, and IOP rolled all into one. The admissions area was also the intake for the psychiatric ward, regardless of whether or not you need far less intensive care. Incredibly unsettling. Do outpatient care elsewhere, the assessment for such care seemed very minimal. The only reason this place is getting two stars is because all the staff that I met were incredibly nice. My husband was Baker Acted at their facility. I wouldn't have bothered to leave a review, but when the social worker was talking to him at discharge, she told him that he and I shouldn't leave a review for them like we did for SalusCare. Normally, that would lead me to write a 1-star scathing review, but I'm going to be completely honest and say there are some really good people working there. Half of the nurses, according to my husband, were very kind, while others were rude and demeaning. The administration seems to be seriously lacking in oversight and/or competence.
