Based on a recommendation from a fellow condo complex owner we engaged Panther Plumbing for an issue that sprung up out of nowhere. The tech sent out could have not been more professional and pleasant. We feared a multi-$1,000 issue and probably could have been sold on an issue as such. But we were advised what the issue was and that the fix will be substantially less than what were getting gearing up for.

We all have our plumbing nightmare stories. But this is not one of them. Called Panther Plumbing for a new Water Heater. Few question later I had a quote. They were out and on time the next day. Thorough and professional, David answered every question I peppered him with. He spent none of his time trying to upsell us on anything. 40 gallon Rheem very reasonably priced. We will be using them on our upcoming renovation on our Master Bath.
