Sasha in Service was AWESOME! I brought my CX-5 in for a steering column issue, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. She stayed after hours to ensure I got my car back the same day, and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

The whole team is professional and honest - I never felt pressured to make unnecessary repairs. They also took care of my coolant flush, oil change, and differential service while I was there.

So long as I own a Mazda, I will be coming to this location for maintenance and repairs - even if it is 1.5 hours away from home! Highly recommend asking for Saysha if you need service work done.

I took my 2017 Mazda 6 to Mazda of fort myers for routine maintenance. Marko inside then helped me figure out some underlying problems with the vehicle through my warranty. I appreciate the help from everyone.

I’ve always had great experiences at Mazda Fort Myers Nate the service manager is an excellent people. Person cares about the customers always has a smile on his face always looking to help make sure everything gets done. Professionally and Winston. My advisor is awesome. Always looking to help always getting me in and out of there nothing but the best, highly recommend I wish all service departments are like this
