WOW what amazing service. I was certain that my gown was ruined after I spilled red wine on it. Turns out my mess was not match for Nu Image thank you for saving my dress! I am waiting anxiously to get my nude suede shoes back I hope they come out just as clean!
I had two large tablecloths delivered from the printer that arrived dirty. I visited the Daniels location, where the staff was very helpful and recommended that I visit another location to work with Sheshe and Steve. They took care of the issue quickly, got the spots out of both tablecloths, and explained how to properly care for them going forward. Excellent customer service from everyone involved. I really appreciate their help and will definitely be using their services again!
