10/10, i asked them to help me with a piercing they didn’t even do because i was having complications and they welcomed me in so nicely and got the job done so fast! Super clean and very nice area. Will be coming back!

Went to Fort Myers from Naples to get my son’s ears pierced. Had booked at a different studio. When I got there, they told me that they wouldn’t pierce his ears because he’s 10 and he needs to be 12 to be pierced there. That shop referred me to Needful Things. While the price for the jewelry seemed a bit high, I understand the cost for implant grade titanium (not a cheap material). We walked in without an appointment, was greeted with a smile by a nice young woman, had their process explained to us by a nice guy who went through the paperwork with us. Sydney was great - very helpful and provided a lot of useful information in a way that was easy to understand about different piercing options. My mom and I will definitely be coming back here.
