Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Schneider. 🥹

I had an atrophic scar between my eyes that became the bane of my existence. After spending thousands on treatments—microneedling, laser, filler, you name it—nothing seemed to work. I began to lose hope, thinking I had exhausted all options.

Then I found Dr. Schneider. If I could give him and his team 10 stars, I would. Thanks to their expertise, I can apply makeup again without hyper-fixating on my scar, and for the first time in years, I smile when I look in the mirror. It’s like the scar was never even there. 100,000% recommend this place to anyone and everyone. If you're experiencing any symptoms at all, come here. Shannon is amazing at going through blood work results with you and listening to concerns and ensuring you're heard and taken care of through every process. Lisa is fantastic at the blood work. So gentle and makes conversation with you as she works with you. I could not recommend this place more. The doctors are personable and truly care about their patients. I've went to many places and this is the only place that truly helps and cares!

Mygenics was perfect for me throughout my entire experience. I worked with PA Shannon who combined excellent knowledge with endearing empathy. I engaged several therapies, and she meshed them seamlessly while keeping a watchful eye on my vital signs and progress through the therapy. I cannot exaggerate Shannon's contribution. Without her, I literally would not have done nearly as many components and indeed was all set to go elsewhere until I heard her hard science logic about what I needed and how it would help me.
