“I am not at all a tech savvy person so helping me is a challenge. And the problem i brought to Ryan was way beyond my capability to resolve. It struck me early in the conversation that Ryan "got me" and understood what I felt was the problem. Turned out this issue did not have an easy 1 - 2 - 3 solution.
