Jose was incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated him taking the time to tell me about the wash membership — I ended up liking it so much that I even referred a family member to sign up as well. Great customer service!

Mister Car Wash® provides a high-quality wash with a personal touch, utilizing the latest technology to ensure a great car washing experience. Customers value the convenience of self-service vacuums and the Unlimited Wash Club® Membership, which offers unlimited washes at any location for a monthly fee. Many find the membership to be a good value, though some note that multiple washes may be necessary for a thorough clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the vacuum options are ample. First-time visitors often receive professional and thorough explanations of the wash process and the benefits of different packages, making their experience positive. My wife and I just had a wonderful wonderful experience here today even though the were very busy we were immediately greeted by Otto and the whole process was explained to us as this was our first time here. The customer service rep name Otta was very professional thorough and helpful. My wife was very impressed how otto took the time to explain the whole wash process to us and the benefits of each package that they offer. Both myself and my wife will definitely be coming back here again to get our car washed thanks Otto for the awesome service
