McKinnis Roofing & Sheet Metal

McKinnis Roofing & Sheet Metal is a family-owned company built on Midwestern values, delivering trust, hard work, and expertise to homes and businesses in S.W. Florida. The company specializes in commercial and residential roofing, sheet metal fabrication, and offers a full-service repair and maintenance department.

Customers describe the team as knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. One customer appreciated a quick seminar that explained why McKinnis really cares and why they are the best roofers in the area. Another had a roof leak and could not get ahold of the roofer who had done the work just two years prior. McKinnis came out and did a full drone inspection, which was fast and convenient. They showed exactly what was going on, explained how the roof had been installed incorrectly, and provided a fast and affordable quote to get it repaired properly.

For a new roof installation, the team was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. They explained every step of the process and made sure everything was done to perfection. The quality of their work is top-notch, and the house looks fantastic.

The company offers free inspections with photo documentation, which is a real lifesaver with insurance after a storm. One customer with a water leak from a 7-year-old roof received pictures of what should have been there, and because McKinnis Roofing was able to match the color of the vent, the repair was performed within a week. The customer called the service outstanding, with before and after pictures and impeccable clean up. Integrity, accountability, and reliability are all things customers look for in a company they want to trust, and McKinnis checks all the boxes.
