The Massey Technician that came to our house was very professional and courteous. She explained everything she was going to do (termite prevention in the attic) and then she went about doing it. When she was finished, she put a sticker on the electrical panel, cleaned up after herself and left. I would highly recommend Massey to all my friends!

We had a great experience with Massey. Since we are only at location rarely, Massey accommodated us last minute to inspect our home for termites (which we had). They also accommodated us with a weekend appointment to do the treatment. Both individuals we dealt with were professional and extremely nice. Had my first application this week. The tech Christian listening and was very courteous. I watched him on m’y cameras to ensure that he followed my instructions, he did. I’ll review again in 60 days once I see if the application is making a difference.
