Their supervisors, such as John, Gabriel, Matthew, and Sylvain, are friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any issues that arise. For example, they have provided assistance with disposing of shrub trimmings and resolved problems with lawn irrigation, followed by adding sod for a polished finish. Mainscape's crew members are also commended for their courteousness and consideration towards homeowners, even halting work if a homeowner is outside and helping with tasks such as carrying heavy items. They are praised for treating the neighborhood as if it were their own, setting them apart as a business that truly values their customers.
I will say Mainscape supervisor are so friendly and willing to help anytime. I had a few shrubs not even a whole bush just some small trimmings & I didnt know what to do with except throw them in the garbage but would have required me to spend alot of time cutting them into small pieces to fit in the garbage can. However, when I spoke to John and Gabriel supervisors in Portico they were so kind and had the guys come pick them up no questions asked. This is what customer service is about!!!! Moving forward any of my landscaping needs I will go thru Mainscape... Thank you again guys such a big help!!!!
Writing a review for Mainscape Landscape and Irrigation Services. These guys are great and responsive! I had an issue with the lack of proper irrigation in several areas of my lawn and Mainscape Port Charlotte rectified this issue! Once that was completed their Landscape crew added some pieces of sod to these areas!. Looks amazing! Hats off to Landscape Supervisor Matthew, Irrigation Supervisor Sylvain and the guys on the ground (Chris) (Sebastian and his partner (believe his name was Germaine). Highly recommend Mainscape!
I have always appreciated how courteous Mainscape is to homeowners. They have stopped mowing if they see I'm on my phone outside, they have stopped to help me carry a large box from my car to garage, and they are kind and always wave and are cautious of kids. These are the things that set them apart and are so hard to find and I feel so lucky to have them in my community. Thank you, Mainscape, for putting customer service first and treating our neighborhood like it's your neighborhood.
