Isaac exceeded my expectations! I assumed my leather couch would look better, but I didn't think it would be as good as new again. I had 4 abrasion and scuffs that he magically made disappear. He took such pride in his work which is unheard of nowadays. I wouldn't hesitant to called Leather Medic if I ever needed any leather to be repaired again.
