He takes a lot of pride in his work.My leather chair had a “head rub” which ultimately removed the color stain..Arthur restored the area to perfection.He is eager to share his knowledge of proper leather care,is talented and very personable. Isaac exceeded my expectations! I assumed my leather couch would look better, but I didn't think it would be as good as new again. I had 4 abrasion and scuffs that he magically made disappear. He took such pride in his work which is unheard of nowadays. I wouldn't hesitant to called Leather Medic if I ever needed any leather to be repaired again. Isaac even praised the other technicians he works with saying they are extremely talented. Thank you Leather Medics and specifically Isaac!
