My husband CRASHED my computer- SOOO many data files on it- YIKES! And Backblaze did NOT back the most recent info as the hard drive had failed. (In spite of them emailing me everything was backed up weekly- not!) SO LUCKY we found this place!! He did amazing things- put in MANY hours to rescued my data - Amazingly, he got it all back!
