I’m thrilled to say that I had a fantastic experience. I saw Allyson, I was her first customer at JCPenney although she has many years of experience with corrective colors at other salons. I had serious blonde highlights and decided to make a decision to dye my hair myself to plain brown. As you can see from the pictures that was a terrible mistake. Allyson was phenomenal and was able to fix my mistakes in one session. Some of my hair turned a rusty blonde but that’s okay considering that’s my fault. It’s an easy fix if I decide I don’t like it I’ll get a toner session in a couple weeks. But I think the red gives me a cool color dimension .. ask for Allyson...read full review

Well I went there yesterday although they were very busy the staff was beyond kind trying to help me ,sometimes things happen in life people that we have no control over but we do have control over being patient with people so JC Pennys you are fine ! oh and happy birthday So many years in business Great store lots of stuff, two floors, going back today!!!!
