We had Edwin Morales as our HVAC tech today and we were very pleased with him. Our home is about 3 years old and we have it serviced quarterly since purchasing it. We just switched to J & D and thanks to Edwin noticed that (3) air filters had NEVER been changed. We are very happy with this change in company!!

J and D did all of the initial installs in our community and we have had zero problems in the four years we’ve been here. I signed up for their twice annual check up Program to keep it that way. Friendly and professional office, staff, and technicians.

I have a newish build with GL homes, J&D was not the original installer. And GL has then since cut ties with my original installer. I called my warranty rep from GL stressing the problems that I was having he immediately referred me to J&D. He reached out for them to expect my call . I had a very nice lady( Page) on the phone listened to my issues. Told me she would have her best Tech come out. Later that day I had Mario come out ( 20/10) explained to me everything, got my system up and running. I was thrilled. I have since gotten a Maintence contract with them. J&D is my forever home.
