Very helpful with information on what I needed for my equipment and explained how it works very friendly over the phone and decided to take the drive from palm beach to their location! 2 hour + drive and will continue to drive when I need something shout out to mr Ben simply great helpful service?? ✌️
This a very professional shop. If your in any type of pressure washing business or just need a pressure washer for whatever reason. Go to Hotsy and Ben will set you up with whatever your needs may be. He also has a great staff of mechanics in the shop. Check out the showroom. Lots of quality machines.
Walked in picked up a new motor and cart. Employee greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Great prices and he helped carry them out to my truck. Always a great experience at Hotsy.
