“Daniel was a very great person to work with on getting our kitchen repaired after having a leak in the wall. Abacus Home Improvement did a great job of communication and did great work.The job was a warranty repair from Pulte Homes. The flex pipe in the wall sprung a leak and caused flooding and water damage in our kitchen. Pulte had to send out a plumber, RT Moore, to find the leak, and they were not able to locate it, and a leak specialist, Leak Heros, had to come out and locate it. Once the leak was found another company, WrightWay, had to come out a repair the leak and remediate the leak and found that there was mold. They had to pack up our kitchen and remove the lower cabinets and had to have fans to dry out the kitchen and removed the drywall. Once this was all done the waiting process started to have an approval to have our kitchen repairs to start, which I blame on Pulte not being a point person. Once we had Daniel, Abacus Home Improvement things took a while because he had to order new cabinets to replace the water damaged cabinets, things went by fast and was back to normal with in a week or two. There was some extra repairs, but Daniel was responsive and even made sure everything was fixed. I would recommend him and his company to do repairs or a remodel.Now there is another review for his company that is extremely negative, but he will explain it too you.“
