For a few months, my wife and I had been trying to close on a house we had built but the previous mortgage company (tied to the builder) started playing games and changing rates and terms. We were referred to Sam & Lisa by a friend and ditched the other company. Then, within a month, these two secured the loan and we were able to move in. Genesis Mortgage put their hearts and souls into supporting me. Don't even bother looking at another company! Sam and Lisa will work so closely with you, that they will become your friends.I truly can't imagine any other company sticking this process out with the crazy situation that I found myself.
