The company offers high-quality roofing materials, uses proven installation techniques, and delivers individualized customer service from beginning to end. Customers describe the team as courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. One customer was amazed with the crews work ethic, noting they never stopped, the quality was outstanding, and they replaced boards that were not known to be bad, with the job completed in one day. Another customer would highly recommend the company, stating the entire team made the process easy from the start and throughout to completion, and that all interactions were with well-trained and knowledgeable staff. A quick email resolved a snag with a dumpster so the customer had full access to the garage over a long holiday weekend, which is described as a great example of excellent customer service. The replacement process went smoothly, and the roofing team did an excellent job of keeping the property clean and free of debris and nails on a daily basis, leaving the property essentially spotless when finished. Florida Roofing and Gutters delivered on everything that was negotiated, with a great job by everyone involved on all aspects of the process from consultation, negotiation, permitting, and replacement to the final County and wind mitigation inspections. A customer with a repair shared that the full process on the roof repair was explained, and the company is recommended to anyone looking for an honest roofer in SWFL. Another customer thanked the company for helping with the entire process, citing great customer service and outstanding service.
I had the pleasure of working with Bert and Kara to help my clients put a new roof on their home before selling, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were efficient, professional, and communicated with us every step of the way. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free for both me and my clients. I truly appreciated their responsiveness and attention to detail and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services!
I was amazed with the crews work ethic. They never stopped. The quality was outstanding and they replaced boards that I didn’t know were bad. The job was completed in one day. From the bidding for the job to the finished job, everyone was very professional and proficient. Great job FRG. Thanks James
I would highly recommend Florida Roofing and Gutters. The entire team from Will to Kara and the actual roof replacement team were awesome. Kara and Will made the process easy from the start and throughout to completion. All my interactions were with well-trained and knowledgeable staff. We ran into snag whereby we had to postpone the actual replacement to accommodate for a long holiday weekend. A quick email to kara and she had the dumpster on our driveway removed so we had full access to our garage over the long weekend, and then had it (re)delivered the morning of the actual roof removal. A great example of excellent customer service!
