Happy Customer! When your AC isn’t working properly the last thing you want to hear is you have to wait months for a part. That was what another company said. So I contacted Florida Heat & Air upon the recommendation of Leigh Cloud from Builders Care. Their company generously helps the non-profit and she was impressed with their service as well as their commitment to our community. A service tech came out the next morning with the part in hand, and I’m happy to say my AC is running properly again! From the first contact by phone, to the follow up from the owner, to the technicians on the job the experience was excellent!

Florida Heat and Air is a great company. They did my initial install about 10 years ago and have been doing my bi-annual maintance for sometime now. For a short while I used a different less expensive company (no longer in busses) for this maintance service but I can assure anyone reading this that the other company didnt clean or check half of what Florida Heat and Air includes in their V.I.P service check up! They have always done a excellent job keeping my ac working like new! I would like to say that the last few times Kevin has been doing my service. Kevin is very punctual, polite and professional.
