The tech, when he finally arrived, was professional, personable, & knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong & resolved the issue quickly.
However I did not have a good experience with the Tech Tracker. It showed the tech at my appt, in process & even completed when he had not arrived nor had I heard from him or the company on my appt date. The following morning I ended up on the appointment list again. The tech called me late in the day to announce his upcoming arrival.
So the washer was eventually fixed, and the tech was great once he got to me.
I received a reminder the evening before my appointment, and a call when the technician was on the way. Service was completed according to my Westinghouse Appliance contract. The technician was professional and it didn't take long for the repair to be completed.
Our experience with Flamingo was varied.
Their ability to schedule their people within the 3 hour window was abysmal. First Appt canceled at their motion. 2nd time the window was missed and we had to cancel. 3rd appt was off by 4 hours.
Once the gentleman who came to repair the refrigerator was in the house he was fast and efficient. Unfortunately there was no stock to fix the issue on his truck and he had to come back 2 days later with necessary parts to fix the issue.
On the return trip they were 2 hours off of the original appt time.
This does seems to be a consistent issue at least in the time we have delt with Flamingo.
