We have had our beach front condo completely redone by FFI after Hurricane Ian hit. FFI couldn´t start before white box had been finished. So they first had to fix problems that the white box contractor left.
The road sometimes was bumpy and there were some issues but they fixed everything and in the end we always found fair solutions and now can be very satisfied with the results. FFI have stayed as partners even in pretty complicated times whereas contractors in other projects have left the owners alone. The quality of the final results of their work is very good. We have had our condo renovated by FFI and we are very satisfied with the results. They have stayed within budget and best of all they finished their work on time. That was very important to us. Their quality of work is very good. They are also providing us with a book that contains all of the products used and the suppliers.
I had a wonderful experience with Annalisa and her team from start to finish. Communication was key was never a factor. Couldn’t ask to work with a better general contractor. Highly recommend.!
