My wife had a slip and fall accident, we reached out to Farah and Farah (the Jacksonville office, not Daytona, for some reason, though that never caused a problem) and we were quickly screened, accepted as a client and work on the case started immediately. We had an initial attorney who handled the basics, along with her very efficient team, then we were assigned to John, a more senior attorney, who handled the negotiations with the defendants for several months, as they were somewhat dug in. John's staff, including Zaida, Jeffrey and Harvey were very attentive to us and frequently reached out to us, even when there wasn't a lot going on, so we always felt engaged. There were times that we felt overwhelmed and a bit "lost at sea", as this was our first experience with the legal system, but John assured me that we would get through it and always made sure that we understood even the most complex issues. I am also surprised that the whole process was resolved so quickly, as I initially thought something like this would take two or three years. Instead, it was all resolved within under a year. (I received my settlement the second week of January 2026) I would highly recommend Farah & Farah to anyone in need of legal help after an accident.
