We had internet drops on offices that were wireless connected only. Called into Entech, and within an hour Kaleb, who has worked on our network, found the problem and updated the nodes firmware. Everything is good again.

My Tech. was great. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. Fixed my concerns with my all-in-one printer and then fixed another concern that was unresolved from another company for about 6 months.
