Excellent introduction visit. Evan, our service tech did a great job. He identified mold build up inside the unit and fully explained what was going on. He recommended a solution. I did some research while he continued his work. What he proposed was spot on and we agreed to the additional costs. He did the install and we are overjoyed with the work. We feel much better knowing that mold and bacteria will be combatted in our system and our air quality will be much safer. Nice job Elite. Nice job Evan. Elite Air Cooling’s technician, Gus, was professional, very friendly, and a great communicator. He called in advance and kept me in the loop on his arrival time for my A/C maintenance. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me helpful tips to protect my A/C unit. He also got along great with my pups 🐶 I highly recommend them
