Melissa Jones is truly the best at what she does. She came to replace the drip pan because she felt it needed something bigger and also to test the unit a week later. She made sure the installation of a new unit was to her satisfaction. Not sure how many companies or technicians would do this but she did!!!! As a realtor in the area, I will recommend Elite Air Cooling to all my clients.

Wonderful service as always! We have been having one of the hottest summers on record here in Florida...unfortunately, our air conditioner picked now to break. Our normal service tech (Melissa) came out and did what she could, but she had already pointed out why the air conditioner unit was on borrowed time the previous regular service call months earlier, so we knew it was going to happen eventually...Elite Air stepped up quickly and professionally to help us get through replacing the new unit and even some new ductwork.
