⭐ AVOID: EDISON MALL DENTIST ⭐

Absolutely the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. They know they’re one of the few offices accepting DentaQuest, and in my experience, they took full advantage of that. I was told I’d have to pay an additional $400 for a cleaning that should be covered. They also never returned my calls for an entire year—I eventually had to walk in just to get a response.

A terrible place that is inconsiderate of other people’s time. The wait times to be seen are excessively long and unreasonable.Poor communication; you call and rarely get a response. Frequent cancellations and very limited availability.

DO NOT GO THERE! Even though it’s the only dentist that takes Medicaid. You be safer at butcher shop or dog vet.
RUSTY I MEAN RUSTY as hell UTENSILS they put in your mouth.
It’s a wonder someone hasn’t died from some disease from there.
I had to go there because I was on Medicaid with two bad knees about to get knee replacements so had to go to a dentist. They are the only ones on Medicaid or were when I went. Plus Hurricane Ian had left us homeless so I had to see a dentist before I could have knee replacements.
Got the creeps just waiting in the waiting room for my appt.
