I dont understand the negative reviews because I thought the medical receptionist was charming and very thorough. The doctor was very kind and caring and gave me options. Ill definitely be back :) Thank you for giving me the chance to smile again.

Took my grandson for his dental appointment. The staff is friendly and Hispanic. Broken English is spoken or Spanish speaking only. I'm guessing to accommodate Spanish speaking customers. However, I suggest your hygienist learns English for English speaking customers instead of saying she doesn't speak the language.

Dr. Karl and Yoselyn were incredibly kind and professional, both exhibited excellent customer service. My mom had been waiting in the reception area for about an hour before being called into an exam room. There was no one in the room to attend to her, so, more waiting. I addressed my concern with Yoselyn, she was apologetic and immediately went to speak with a doctor about getting my mom seen asap. Enter Dr. Karl, he was courteous, attentive and patient with my mom who is recovering from a stroke. Thank you both for making a stressful situation better by being kind and showing concern.
