Unfortunately the service at this dry cleaner has gone downhill . They promised clothes on a certain day and said we would be texted.
We never received a text and had a business flight the next morning. The clothes needed for this Business trip were stuck at the dry cleaners. We will no longer be using this company.

Dropped off two brand new blouses to be pressed. Came back looking horrible, wrinkles across the front, creases off the arm and side seams, crease along point of collar, cuff backwards and creased, etc.. Took them back and they did redo them. Also, a Silk Sweater came back all flat and shiny from too much heat and over pressing. I don’t recommend them unless you want problems like this.

I called ahead spoke with Robin to get a price on pressing only of two cotton sundresses . She quoted me 7.75 each . She explained if I went to the other location I could get it back faster .When I went into the location by Costco I was greeted with the gal there knowing and said she was waiting for me . Robin had given me the wrong price and it would be 12.00 each . No apologies at all . I called Robin back asking for the owner and to leave a message instead she hung up on me .Customer service is gone it is so sad prices doubling and rude to boot .
