Dick Williams and his team are the absolute best when it comes to heavy-duty truck parts. Their knowledge is unmatched, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I got exactly what I needed. They have a lot of items that you can't find anywhere else and their prices aren't too bad, but parking is difficult as most of their customers are truck drivers so the lot is full of semis and dump trucks. They also have a large dog who is very friendly running free. I have no problem with that, but I see that a lot of people don't like it. I only gave 4 stars because the place is filthy. If you touch ANYTHING in there, you will get greasy.

Not sure who I dealt with. Got stuck with a broke down rig all the way out in Tampa, on a Sunday. I called every place within 150 miles that was open hunting for parts to get me back on the road and, sure enough, these guys had three in stock when no one else did. They were even kind enough to bill me over the phone and arranged for me to pick up my parts after hours since I was going to arrive well after they closed. Thanks alot guys!! Great inventory - Great service. See ya’ll next time I need a hand in FL.
