This dental practice is extremely high priced and does not treat its customers very well. During a recent visit, we saw an office staff member mistreat some clients (with health ailments) by forcing them to go stand outside for prolonged periods of time (15-20 minutes) in record-breaking summer heat of nearly 100 degrees. Instead of offering them a cup of cool water and an airconditioned waiting room to sit in, this staff member was entirely rude and insensitive and placed these client's health into jeopardy. This total disregard to customers and callousness towards their health, safety, and wellbeing was shocking. For a medical clinic, that is supposed to be focused and dedicated on the health and safety of its patients, this office was awful in its treatment of customers. Definitely would not recommend.

I had a very terrible experience with Dr. Carlton. I truly believe he is incompetent. Where do I begin? The first tooth he worked on was my front lower tooth and the filling doesn’t match and the assistant even asked me if I wanted him to fix it. Unfortunately I just wanted out of there and said no.Another day he was working on a filling on a tooth on my left side and as he was drilling I had pain on the right side and I asked him why are you drilling on my right side when you are working on the left side? He laughed, I am just resting my tool there. I said stop. A week or so later the tooth he was resting the tool on just broke on me when I was eating. I was very upset...read full review

After 25 yrs, Cr Carlton continues toLive up to his Christian morales and values and is, A 5 star perfectionist, and , so calm and easy to work with! My teeth have aged with him...and he comforts me...Great work team, great family!His son just graduated and off to be an Oral surgeon!We don’t find quality men and Doctors like him anymore
