I’m in the process of taking care of high level ‘due diligence’ inspections and was anticipating many areas about the home inspection portion that required a thorough review. My broker recommended and coordinated Comprehensive Building Consultants as the best for this multi-million dollar home inspection. Given the small time frame available where I needed this report first, Russ and his team were there within a few days. I was surprised that there were so many areas that were detailed in the report, but that’s what I needed to know regardless of an only 11 year old structure. It was great working with Russ and his crew. They were all very professional and respectful of my home. The report was very thorough and he delivered 2 hours after the inspection. When I had questions after he called me back same day and answered them well. I would recommend to anyone
