We'll start with a good stuff, the eye exam I received was top-notch and the staff was nice even though the doctor was kind of snotty but I kind of anticipated that. Now let's jump to the really bad stuff. I trusted Collins with my eyes and my Vision Care and unfortunately that was a false Trust. I gave them my frames to put the new lens in and they snapped the arm and half and then super glued it back. not only did they do that they also scratched the frames all the pieces and my glasses now look terrible. I am now out of pocket a brand new frame!! I am beyond upset. not one single manager made their way to the front to try to calm me down or even resolve the situation. I cannot stress enough to not do business with the company that you can't trust with your own personal property and they have zero regards for it and zero wanting to fix it.
The experience was painless. Very professional from the greeting as you come into the office through to the follow-up appointments. Highly recommend Collins Vision.
