So my girlfriend bought a groupon for chi studio for me 2 weeks ago and for the past 2 weeks we have been calling,texting, and even facebook messaging Chi studio to try to make and appointment for a back massage. with all of our attempts to reach them, we still have not been able to make an appointment. horrible customer service. :(
