I had a very good experience with Broward Factory Service’s technicians Darien and Robert. They were on time, professional, and I trust the work they did to be very reliable. I've use BFS for years and they never fail to go the extra mile. Today was no different. I had a plumbing issue and they sent a plumbing expert Darien Willis. He could have easily said that the issue I had needed to be addressed by someone in bathroom construction which would have cost a small fortune. Instead he spent the extra time and effort to fix the issue and do the clean up. You may think having a contract with BFS is costly, but times like today remind me of how much money I'm actually saving not to mention having the peace of mind that comes with it.
