Brightview Landscaping provides landscaping services to my community, Corkscrew Shores. On Friday, August 25,2023 I submitted a service request for an arborist to examine one of my hibiscus trees. The leaves on the tree were turning yellow and dropping. On Monday, August 28 an arborist came to examine the tree. He said it was infected with insects and that he would return on Thursday or Friday to spray it because Hurricane Idalia was going to be here on Tuesday and Wednesday and it wouldn't do any good to spray the tree before the hurricane. The spray would be quickly washed off. This morning, Thursday, August 31. I received an email that the spraying had been done. I am pleased that my service request was handled so quickly, especially in the middle of a hurricane threat.
