Spent days weeks and over a month waiting to replace a defective keyboard. Paid for part in full. He shipped to wrong address. He had to return and reship. Then never responded. The apologized and said he ordered another. I've asked about this new one and never a response at all. IDK abt the quality of his work, because the repair hasnt happened in months. Looking for other professional shop.

Being an owner of a small business, it's hard to find an honest professional to take care of your computer needs.
