Being an owner of a small business, it's hard to find an honest professional to take care of your computer needs. I had the hinge break on my laser printer, just after I put a new $200.00 cartridge in it. Of course, my dilemma was repair vs buy a new printer. BockTek is your one stop shop for your computer needs. I was able to contact Chris directly (no answering service) and explain my issue. Chris was able to get my printer repaired in less than 3 days! Software and Hardware issues, no problem...Chris is trained to do it all. When it comes to having a computer expert on your team, look no further than BockTek. Chris's professionalism and attention to detail surpasses anyone in this business. Don't let the big box stores take your money when all you may need is an expert to help you. Need Computer or Phone Tech Help Look No Further Than BockTek BockTek is the best in all of SW Florida. I just installed a Whole House Mesh WI-FI 6 System and now have faster extended service in the whole house including the pool screen area. Everything was going great until I needed to use my printer and couldn't access it...seems I couldn't place it on my web site. Tried for a whole day to get the printer added so everyone in the house could access it but no luck. Called my usual computer assist company and they did an online computer assist and 35 minutes later gave up and told me it was the printer and I need to replace it and sent me their $$ bill for services provided. So, I ran out and bought a new printer, spending $350 and low and behold, this printer couldn't be added to the network either. Took the new printer back and spent half the next day checking for the best computer tech savvy person around. Ran across BockTek and talked with the owner, Chris Bock and was impressed enough to give him a try...especially when he said if he couldn't fix my problem there wouldn't be any charge. Chris shows up right on time and within 15 minutes has my old printer on the website and working. What I really found interesting, he doesn't believe in downloading the manufactures software, just the drivers, saying the software isn't needed and can sometimes be an issue. Chris's charges are very reasonable, in fact too reasonable, that I doubled it as I want to keep BockTek as my new go to company for all my future computer, phone and internet problems.
