My dog had an emergency 30 minutes before our normal vet closed on a Friday. They told me to call Babcock animal Hospital because they have Saturday hours. I was able to get him in first thing Saturday morning. The front desk, vet tech, and the doctor were all super friendly, helpful, and kind.
His prescriptions were dispensed at the office and we had them before we left. He’s healing much quicker than anticipated. I am incredibly thankful for this office.
I actually ended up liking it much better than our normal office and plan to go here in the future instead.
Excellent service from entire staff. Veterinarians fantastic as well as assistant staff and office. Caring for all the animals is obvious. Billing straight forward and office convenient. Brought my Sphynx cat and rescue dog and both treated five stars.
Dr. Danielle and her staff are amazing! I took my dog in for an ear infection. They were quick and got us right in. We were brought back right away. She did a full exam. Helped explained best treatment for some other issues he had going on. Everyone was very kind and professional. Couple hours later my dog is back to normal and finally able to rest. I did not feel blind sided by any cost. They were very honest and straight up about cost and asked before moving forward. Which is greatly appreciated! Thank you all for making my Remi feel better. :)
