From New York found out my condenser in the attic had been leaking due to unit settling over time and water coming down through ceiling. Geoff took my cell phone call and without needing to make appointment with the office came to my house in Naples first thing next morning. Waited patiently for a friend to come to let him in. Explained to me what happened and after spending two hours charged a very fair amount. Colleen in the office always a pleasure to talk to. A five star company to me!!!

Highly Recommended! Our A/C unit was completely out of commission, so we called the HVAC company we’ve been doing business with for the last couple of years (not happily, I should add, but that’s another story). They came out on a Monday and spent 3 hours trying to diagnose the problem. They told us that they had a solution, but said they’d have to come out again to replace a part. The next day, Tuesday, a different technician came out and he proceeded to spend the next 2 ½ hours redoing the same diagnostic “process” that the previous guy performed. His diagnosis – a power surge had caused an electrical problem in the air handler and our best bet would be to replace the entire unit. Oh, and “it might be covered by your homeowner’s insurance.” Seriously? This would cost at least $3000 and the unit is less than 4 years old. This did not sit well with us, and we felt we should get a second opinion. So…on the recommendation of a friend, we called All Day Air. Geoff Mitten arrived within an hour, looked at the rat’s nest of wires that the other company had left us with, and figured out the problem within 30 minutes (a faulty contactor on the condenser). He was totally professional, clearly an expert diagnostician, and saved us from a huge expenditure. Needless to say, we’ll be calling All Day Air in the future. A top notch company. Thanks.
