Sam was very thorough and courteous explaining everything. We had a chance to talk about our dogs as he got to meet ours and he showed me a picture of his . Recognized the issue in a short time and got up on the roof to show me the issue. Clogged screen behind a spring loaded flap. Removed the screen for me and was completed within a half hour. Would recommend his service to anybody.
