I recently relocated to North Port and hired Action Cooling and Heating to provide an evaluation and service of my HVAC unit so I know what I have to work with. Zack the Tech from Action, was on time, very knowledgeable and professional as well as courteous. There was no sales pressure, and he provided solid information as to how long my unit may last efficiently. As a result I asked him to sign me up for annual maintenance. I called Action because my mom’s hvac unit wasn’t working properly and Steve came to her property right away. Steve was super efficient on diagnosing the problem and fixing it same day! He went above and beyond to make sure my mom was taken care of!
