I hired this company in October 2025 to tent and treat my property for termites. Unfortunately, despite the treatment, I continued to find live termites on the property. Over the next three months, I repeatedly contacted the company to report the ongoing issue and request follow-up service.
Instead of receiving prompt assistance, I was continually given the runaround. I was eventually offered a follow-up appointment more than 60 days out and was told that they were extremely busy. Scheduling an inspection was also challenging, as I was repeatedly asked to provide photos and videos proving that the termites were still active before anyone would come to the property.
Because this is a rental property, the unresolved termite issue was preventing us from securing a tenant. After months of unsuccessful attempts to have the matter addressed, I ultimately hired another pest control company, Nozzle Nolen, to properly treat the property.
My experience with customer service was equally disappointing. I scheduled an appointment directly with the owner, who arrived over an hour late. When I called to ask whether he was still coming, he stated that he was waiting for me to confirm my arrival before heading to the property, despite the appointment already being scheduled.
Overall, I found the communication, responsiveness, and customer service to be unprofessional. After the amount of time, effort, and additional expense required to resolve this issue, this is not a company I would recommend or use again.

Finally a company that does what they say and goes over and above, literally. If you use anyone else, you don't have the best. One phone call and done. You will be happy 😁.

I recently had my home tented for termites. WP performed the tenting and they did so in a very professional and careful manner. I was impressed with the efficiency and experience they displayed. Our neighbors used them a few years back. My next door neighbor just used them and said they were reasonable and did a good job. They offered a thorough inspection, pretty fast price quote which was cheaper then I thought. We hired them and though they told us what day they would start, they couldn't promise a time. They started late in the day but were very quick and the crew very experienced (20 years for the crews leader), walked the house with me and reminded me of a few things to do before they were done like open every window, internal doors, every cabinet and drawers ( so if you want things private do it in advance!) and then explained to me the whole process as I watched them perform their trade. We were back in the house earlier then expected. Not much to clean up except you will find termite wings and very small dead insects on your floors. I used an electric blower from the top down and blew everything outside and vacuumed what I missed. We were very pleased with their work. Highly recommended.Service: Termite extermination
