Carolyn helped me today and she was so kind and fun to talk to! She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Her colleagues Brooke and Steven were also super kind and it felt like talking to friends. On top of that I left with an elegant pair of sunglasses. 😎
Amazing people and technology. Loved everything from the frame options to the staff. Josee, David, Dr. Pajer, everyone made it an exceptional experience. I’m a big baby with anything near my eye and they were very patient, informative and the technology made it painless, special thanks to Josee for walking me through how one of the devices tested eye pressure, in the end it simply felt like blinking but I was so scared and wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. Great location, highly recommend it.
I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to Warby Parker. From the moment I arrived, the entire environment felt welcoming, pleasant and highly organized. My advisor, Kathy was absolutely outstanding. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful as she guided me through the selection process.
