I went in for their signature facial and I get why it's their signature. It was so relaxing, and my skin felt fully revitalized after my session and for a few days after as of the time of my review! It felt like a treat yourself moment. The facility is modern, clean, and upscale. Also, there's tons of parking, always a plus.
The staff are all friendly, and they ran on time. Their scheduler even was able to get me in early from the waitlist, which wasn't expected with how booked they are, but was so appreciated.
