I’ve been going to Kevin for my nails, and he is truly the best! His service is always top-notch, and I always walk out feeling confident with my nails. I typically get a dip manicure, and Kevin does such an amazing job that they never break or chip – even weeks later. I constantly receive compliments on my nails, and I owe it all to his attention to detail and expertise. If you’re looking for a nail technician who provides excellent results and a great overall experience, I highly recommend Kevin!

Bad experience. I asked several times for regular polish on my feet, but she tried to put gel instead (probably to charge more). When I told her again that I didn’t want gel, she applied a polish color I hadn’t chosen.
I also asked for a fairly simple nail art (a French with a small design), but it turned out the person didn’t seem to know how to do it. She didn’t say so from the start, and after applying the base, I realized she had no idea how to proceed. I ended up leaving with only a base on my hands and a color on my feet that I didn’t want — all for $86, with no breakdown of the charges.

I’m reaching out to express my disappointment with the service I received. I felt that my reasonable request was treated as if it were completely out of line, and the overall attitude made it seem like I was inconveniencing the staff—when in reality, I spent extra time trying to accommodate a mistake that was not mine. Despite staying longer than expected to allow the issue to be corrected, I still had to return the next day due to further oversights that couldn’t be addressed before closing the day prior. To make matters worse, I was uncomfortable hearing staff talk about me openly while I was still present. This experience fell far short of what I expected as a paying customer, both in terms of service and professionalism. To Johanne, Amy and the receptionist.

The past 2 times i’ve came was a complete mess. I asked for a full set gel french manicure and received the overpriced “Gel X” without even being asked with a mediocre design and those nails popped right off after 1 week. I didn’t call to complain because i thought it was a one time thing. I went back a few weeks later and asked for a full set dip powder french manicure. Nina did my nails with an attitude the whole time, and about halfway thru told me “Idk what’s wrong with me today but i can’t draw”, after i specifically asked for a person that knew how to do french when making the appt. I told her it’s fine and left with just a solid pink/nude color with no french… and still wound up paying $80 (including tip). After only 4 days, 2 of my nails broke. I called and spoke to Neev (the manager) and explained the situation and asked for either a refund or for a brand new set. She was very snarky/passive aggressive and refused to understand my frustration. I was told that they can fix my 2 nails but that’s it. I explained that it would make more sense to get a full set because they were all going to break, and she said “we’re unable to do that and that it’s probably just you and something you’re doing with your hands that’s making them break”… i found that very rude and when i asked to speak to the owner she said “the owner is off till tuesday and they’re gonna tell you the same thing as me”. I agreed to getting the 2 nails fixed with no other choice. The next day, 4 other nails broke as well. The manager finally agreed to discount my new set. I came into the salon and asked for a new french set with Ethan. Let me just say, the ONLY reason that this review isn’t a 1 star, is because of Ethan. He was a breath of fresh air with this whole situation and made me feel heard. Upon taking off my nails, he even said “wow, these are way too thin.”, which is what i was trying to tell the manager, it was nice to hear that i wasn’t crazy and that the manager was just being difficult. Ethan was super professional, funny, and just had overall good vibes. And his nails came out amazing! The only reason i will continue to come back is for Ethan and only Ethan. I hope the owner reads this and decides to train his management/staff better on how to deal with paying customers in situations like this, especially with the prices they charge…

Service was good. My tech was a very nice lady but she isn’t very good, I went in last Wednesday, spent $60 on a gel refill that lasted 2 days before lifting and I had to go back in to fix it. To fix it was free thank god but it’s still a sloppy job… the nails are very thick and in consistent.

Went in for a pedicure and saw the reviews. My nail tech Hana didn’t really say “hello” or anything. Hostess was nice and polite. Pedicure starts and no word about if I want to upgrade or anything. Nail tech cut cuticles and cleaned up but put the dirt right back o the towel where she rinsed my feet. (Your suppose to put down a new towel) also ended up ripping the skin under my baby toe. (Ouch)
No leg scrub either. After she painted, she just left and didn’t guide me to drying area.
No real customer service. No offer of beverages. Just customers in and out. Felt rushed and not spa like. Ask for someone else or don’t waste money

Visited today for the first time and I cannot say that I recommend. Excellent nail polish selection, but unfortunately that’s where the excellent comments end. Please refer to the photos for the quality of manicure I received. Absolutely awful and it seems the paint dried in two different shades of pink….

One of the best nail salon experiences I’ve ever had! I got a dip manicure and a basic pedicure, and both were flawless. The attention to detail was incredible—my nails look perfect and the pedicure was super relaxing. The space was clean, elegant, and felt like a true spa experience. Yes, it was on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it for the quality and service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
