From the initial call to meeting a manager and then the pool tech Nestor. Was amazing. Great communication via phone text and email. Had some other company treat my pool for 2 years but their service starting getting worse. I quickly changed to urban pools and glad I did. Technician was knowledgeable and educated Me about the process to get my pool clean again. Took his time and did steps that the OTHER company never did. I would not hesitate to refer or use them again, which I have signed up for their maintenence program. Give them a try.Services: Cleaning

I have nothing but good things to say about Angel and Urban Pool Services. I had designed the pool through another architect, but Angel and team constructed the pool from start to finish. He did an amazing job, was always on time, always responsive, never made an excuse, and most importantly, spent the time and resources to make me a happy client. He was constantly in communication and always answered the phone (which is unique on its own). He built a very large pool (42x20) and spa with sun shelf, 5 deck jets. I would recommend him to anyone.
