DrMalik was very nice which is why I gave a 2 instead of 1. We had issues with the office staff and informed our Dentist that we were going to use another periodontist. She informed Dr Malik and he personally called us to apologize and gave us his personal cell number in case we had any issues. We went to the appointment and the front desk was less than customer friendly. They asked us to fill out some paperwork which we had already filled on line. The manager came out and told them we can fill it out and bring it back. When we spoke to Dr Malik he stated the consultation was free. After he did the exam he sent in the insurance person. I asked her about the dental plans pamphlets that they had in the lobby and she stated they were insurance plans and one of them they don’t accept. I showed her thar the pamphlet stated in Bold letter this is not an insurance plan. She stated”are uiu going to keto me talk” very rude. She went over our cost which she stated they were only going to charge for one implant but there was a charge for two. As we were leaving she asked about the $159 consultation fee which I informed her Dr Malik said it was free. I don’t know why Dr Malik changed offices but we will not be going here. The staff need customer service classes since they are lacking this skill.

Horrible experience. Went for a CT scan. As I waited, I witnessed the nasty front desk girl scold a guy for asking about why he's being charged a bogus fee. Feeling uneasy what she may charge me, I then asked her what my balance will be since I spoke to my insurance and already knew. She tried tacking on that same bogis fee...fought me on it, then made me call my ins and get them on the phone. They called her out and exposed her for the fraud she was. Then my appt took like 3 hrs in total and the periodontist was average at best. I spoke to office mng a few days later to get balance waived for the horrible experience - she said the desk girl had been fired and not to worry about balance - then of course 2 mos later I get a bill for it which I am not paying. Find a better dental practice!

Towncare Dental is #1 for me As usual they did a great job on my cleaning. The front staff is professional. My hygienist did an excellent job. II’ve been with them for 22 years. 😀

This was my dentist for more than 3 years.However my I had a bad experience was traumatic. I got over it many months and decided to go back I am now convinced I need to get a new dentist.
