She worked with me over the course of a year to bring my body back and help me release the trauma that had been encapsulated. I am forever grateful. What a blessing that I found TJ at Total Balance 4U. I have been in chronic head, eye, jaw, neck, shoulder and stomach pain for over 4 years, and have tried everything you can think of. I believe the most relief I have had is from Cranial Sacral Theropy from TJ! She has gone over & above to help me in every way, including suggesting I go to a Biological Holistic Dentist which found 3 infected root canals. I can’t thank her, or recommend TJ enough! I want to talk about my incredible experience with TJ. I had gone to the EE a few times with no results in relieving my muscle spasms and high blood pressure. I was so distraught and frustrated, TJ made an exception and saw me after hours. For the first time in months I left the building after my session with her with my shoulder tension down, blood pressure down and muscles not spasming in me. I slept well and am in awe of her professionalism, kindness, knowledge, intuition, and thoughtfulness. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you. Highly recommend
