I used to come here every time I would visit Fort Lauderdale, and they were always amazing! Today I came in for a facial, pedicure and manicure. The facial and the pedicure were fine - however, when it came to the manicure, the girl doing my nails ending up screwing them up/or the nail polish was expired, but either way we both agreed they looked terrible. I left with no manicure, and ended up getting charged 10$ for the soak off (on the nails that were horrible of no fault through my own), then also a $9.60 card processing fee since I booked online.

This place has evidently changed owners. Do not be fooled by prior reviews. It used to be great service, delivered quickly. Now, poor service that takes forever. So sad. We were there Saturday afternoon at the height of tourist season and the place was nearly empty. I understand why, and won't be back.

During a recent family vacation I surprised my wife and mother with a spa day at Tiffany Beauty supply. Their attentive replies and attention to detail were outstanding. They took the time to curate the exact experience I was looking to achieve.

After having been a client for years, I will never be returning after the extremely poor and insulting customer service I experienced. After being informed of a scheduling issue, I asked the front desk girl how this happened and why they waited so long to tell me, she proceeded to blame me and become combative.Unfortunately, this is just one of a few experiences recently that have left a lot to be desired from a place I pay good money for service and to relax. I won't be wasting my time again. The woman's tone of voice as I left made it clear they don't value repeat customers anyway.

This place is not worth your money. I came because I had a gift certificate and decided to walk out to pay for service next door. They asked me to come half an hour early for a gel mani and regular pedi. After Carly finished my pedicure she tells me Elizabeth will be doing my gel mani and goes sits in the front desk to do nothing! I thought she has another client to leave me sitting there but no she just sat and talked with the receptionist. Why are you making me come in early to make me wait over 20 mins when you’re empty? After I confronted them at the front desk the receptionist called me “girl”, was clapping at my face and arguing with a paying customer. For a place that is empty you guys should be treating your customers with respect. I left and went to Tipsy next door which was packed, they were professional, and had better selection of colors. Don’t waste your time and money for an establishment that doesn’t value their customers.
